Netcen provides the infrastructure environment but does not control the content or data stored by customers.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers using Netcen infrastructure services are responsible for ensuring that their use of the services complies with applicable data protection laws.
Customer responsibilities may include:
- ensuring lawful collection of personal data
- maintaining appropriate privacy notices
- implementing appropriate security measures for hosted applications
- responding to data subject requests
Customers remain responsible for the data stored within their hosted environments.
DATA PROCESSING AGREEMENT (DPA)
Netcen provides a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) designed to support GDPR compliance requirements.
The DPA defines the responsibilities of Netcen as a data processor and outlines how personal data may be processed when customers use our services.

Where applicable, subprocessors are selected based on operational and security requirements.
