These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Netcen Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (“Netcen”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or using Netcen services, the customer (“Customer”, “you”) agrees to be bound by these Terms.
- SERVICES
Netcen provides infrastructure and internet services including but not limited to:
- Data center infrastructure services
- Server colocation
- Dedicated server rental
- Virtual private servers (VPS / VDS)
- Shared web hosting services
- Domain name related services
- Email hosting services
Netcen reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue services where necessary for operational or technical reasons.
- ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials.
Customers must ensure that:
- account access information is kept confidential
- account credentials are not shared with unauthorized parties
- all account activity complies with applicable laws and Netcen policies
Customers are responsible for all activities performed through their accounts.
- PAYMENT TERMS
Customers agree to pay all applicable fees for services provided by Netcen.
Accepted payment methods may include:
- Bank transfer (EFT / wire transfer)
- Credit or debit card payments
- PayPal
- Other payment systems provided by partner banks or payment providers
Invoices must be paid within the specified payment period.
Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination.
- SERVICE SUSPENSION
Netcen may suspend services in the following situations:
- non-payment of invoices
- violations of the Acceptable Use Policy
- abuse reports or security incidents
- legal requirements or regulatory requests
Service suspension may occur without prior notice when necessary to protect infrastructure stability or security.
- SERVICE TERMINATION
Customers may terminate services by submitting a cancellation request through the appropriate support channels.
Netcen reserves the right to terminate services if:
- these Terms are violated
- services are used for illegal activities
- continued service operation poses risk to infrastructure or other customers
- CUSTOMER CONTENT
Customers are responsible for all content hosted within their infrastructure environments.
Netcen does not monitor or control customer-hosted content but may intervene when necessary to:
- respond to abuse complaints
- comply with legal requirements
- maintain infrastructure stability
Customers must ensure that their content complies with applicable laws.
- INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES
For infrastructure services such as:
- dedicated servers
- colocation
- virtual servers
customers maintain full administrative control over their systems.
Netcen is responsible only for maintaining the infrastructure environment including:
- network connectivity
- hardware operation
- data center infrastructure
Customers are responsible for managing software, operating systems, and applications installed within their systems.
- DATA LOSS
Customers are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.
Netcen does not guarantee data recovery in the event of:
- hardware failure
- software corruption
- user error
- security incidents
Customers should maintain independent backup strategies.
- SERVICE AVAILABILITY
Netcen aims to maintain high service availability and reliable infrastructure operations.
However, service interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance activities
- infrastructure upgrades
- network incidents
- external service disruptions
Netcen will make reasonable efforts to minimize downtime and restore services as quickly as possible.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Netcen shall not be liable for:
- indirect damages
- loss of profits
- business interruption
- loss of data
- consequential damages
Netcen’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the applicable billing period.
- COMPLIANCE WITH POLICIES
Customers must comply with all applicable Netcen policies including:
- Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
- Privacy Policy
- Data Processing Agreement (DPA)
Violation of these policies may result in service suspension or termination.
- LEGAL COMPLIANCE
Customers agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their use of Netcen services.
Netcen may cooperate with law enforcement authorities when required by law.
- CHANGES TO TERMS
Netcen reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Updated versions will be published on the Netcen website.
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Türkiye unless otherwise required by applicable international regulations.
