What's the difference between Personal and Business?
Personal has 5 mailboxes and 10 GB; Business has 20 mailboxes and 250 GB. Antispam, groupware, calendar and address book are on both.
Do I need a domain?
Business email runs on your own domain. If you don't have one, register it on our Domains page.
What if I need more mailboxes?
Move from Personal to Business, or contact our support team if you need more.
Which billing terms are available?
Monthly, quarterly, 6-month, yearly, 2-year and 3-year terms are available.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your order on portal.adveyer.com by card or bank transfer. Prices can be shown in Turkish lira or US dollars and exclude VAT.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund for a newly purchased service within 7 days of the order date without giving a reason. Renewal payments, campaign products, non-refundable items bundled with the package (such as a domain or license) and services found to be abused are excluded. See the refund terms and the distance sales agreement for details.
