1. Scope and data controller
This is an English translation provided for information. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the adveyer.com website (the "Site") operated by Netcen Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (the "Company", "ADVEYER"), the personal data processed through them, the purposes and legal grounds of processing, and how you can manage your preferences. It is the cookie section of the information provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (the "Law") and has been prepared taking into account the Personal Data Protection Authority's "Guide on Cookie Practices".
The data controller is Netcen Teknoloji Limited Şirketi (Ömerli Mah. Güzin Sok. No:29, Çekmeköy / İstanbul; info@adveyer.com). General information on the processing of your personal data is given in our privacy notice.
3. How your cookie choice is obtained
On your first visit to the Site, a cookie panel asks for your consent to analytics and marketing cookies. The panel offers "Accept" and "Reject" side by side, and you can keep using the Site without making a choice.
- As long as you make no choice, no analytics or marketing cookies are created. Google Analytics and Google Ads run in the "denied" state of Google Consent Mode: no cookies are written to your device, no identifier for you is stored, and Google only receives cookieless signals for aggregate measurement such as page views and conversions. Microsoft Clarity also runs without cookies; clicks, scrolling and mouse movement on the page are recorded with each page view as a separate session and with what you type into form fields masked. Meta Pixel and live chat tools are not loaded.
- When you choose "Reject", none of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity or the live chat tools run, and any that were already loaded are stopped. Only the cookies and similar technologies marked "Strictly necessary" and "Functional" below are used.
- Security check on forms: Google reCAPTCHA v3 protects the contact, quote and similar forms against spam and automated (bot) submissions. Independently of your cookie choice, reCAPTCHA is loaded only when you start using a form; your device and browser data, IP address and interactions on the page are sent to Google for evaluation, and Google may set cookies for this purpose. reCAPTCHA is not loaded as long as you do not use a form.
- When you choose "Accept", Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity start using cookies, Meta Pixel and live chat tools are loaded, and Google tools are told through Google Consent Mode that analytics and ad storage is permitted.
- When you withdraw your consent, Google tools are instructed through Consent Mode, and Meta Pixel through its own consent command, to stop collecting data; on later page loads these tools are not loaded. The cookies these tools set under the Site's domain (_ga, _gcl_*, _fbp, _fbc, _clck, _clsk) are deleted at the same time; you can delete cookies on third-party domains in your browser settings.
You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the Site or with the button below.
5. Personal data processed and purposes
Depending on the type of cookie, the following data may be processed through cookies and similar technologies:
- online identifiers (cookie IDs, ad click IDs);
- IP address, browser and device information, language and location (country/city level);
- pages visited, referring source and campaign information, visit duration;
- interactions on the Site (e.g. scroll depth, clicks on phone, email, WhatsApp and portal links, currency choice, starting an order);
- if Microsoft Clarity is enabled, session recordings and heatmaps made up of mouse movements, clicks and scrolling;
- if live chat is enabled and you use it, the information you share in the conversation.
This data is processed for the following purposes:
- operating the Site and remembering your cookie choice and display preferences;
- preparing statistics and reports on the use of the Site, and improving the Site and our services;
- measuring the effectiveness of our ads and campaigns, attributing conversions and showing ads through remarketing;
- answering requests sent through live chat.
6. Legal grounds
- Strictly necessary cookies (storing your cookie choice): Law Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Art. 5(2)(f) (the data controller's legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms). Under the Guide, the cookie used to remember the consent choice does not require consent.
- Functional cookies and similar technologies (currency and theme preference): these entries are created only at your explicit request; to the extent they are personal data, they are processed under Law Art. 5(2)(f).
- Campaign parameters: our legitimate interest in measuring the results of advertising and campaign spending (Law Art. 5(2)(f)).
- Analytics and marketing cookies and live chat tools: your explicit consent under Law Art. 5(1). Your consent is obtained when you choose "Accept" in the cookie panel; not giving consent does not prevent you from using the Site, and you can withdraw it at any time. Answering requests sent through live chat relies on the legal grounds set out in our privacy notice.
7. Transfer of personal data
Data collected through analytics and marketing cookies and live chat tools is sent to the relevant providers (Google, Meta and, if enabled, Microsoft and the live chat provider). When you use a form, reCAPTCHA data is also sent to Google for the security check. As these providers' servers are located abroad, this constitutes a transfer of personal data abroad. The providers may process this data under their own privacy policies, in some cases also for their own purposes.
Transfers abroad are carried out in accordance with Article 9 of the Law as amended by Law No. 7499. By choosing "Accept" in the cookie panel, you give explicit consent to this transfer, having been informed of the following possible risks (Law Art. 9(6)(a)):
- the countries to which data is transferred may not offer a level of data protection equivalent to Türkiye's;
- the data may be accessed by the competent authorities of those countries under their laws;
- it may be more difficult to exercise your rights or seek legal remedies in those countries.
Apart from this, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorized public institutions and to our legal advisers only to fulfil our legal obligations or to establish, exercise or protect a right, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law.
8. How to manage your preferences
On the Site: reopen the cookie panel with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of the Site or the button below to give or withdraw your consent.
In your browser: you can view, delete or block cookies and site data in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, your cookie choice cannot be remembered and the panel will be shown on every visit. Instructions for common browsers:

The portal uses its own cookies for functions such as login, shopping cart, security and language preference. The cookie choice you make on the Site is also taken into account by the portal through the adveyer_consent cookie shared under the adveyer.com domain: if you rejected cookies on the Site, the portal does not use analytics, advertising or live support cookies. Detailed information on the cookies used by the portal is published on the portal.
10. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information if it has been processed, learn the purpose of processing, know the third parties to whom it is transferred, request rectification, erasure or destruction, object, and claim compensation.
