Point your nameservers or DNS records to ADVEYER and your site goes live from the new server.
Timing and Downtime
How long it takes depends on your site's size, the number of email accounts and your current panel; we give you an estimate once we have reviewed your request.
We work from a copy of your current site, so it stays live at your old provider until you point your domain to the new server.
DNS changes can take a few hours to spread across the internet, depending on the TTL of your records.
Refund Guarantee
Under our refund terms you can request a refund for newly purchased hosting products within 7 days of the order date without giving a reason, by emailing our customer service. Products such as licenses, domains and SSL certificates, renewal payments and campaign products are excluded; refunds are made after deducting the necessary processing costs.

Is migration really free?
Yes. Website transfer is free with Web, cPanel and WordPress hosting plans; there is no extra charge for the move.
Which panels can you migrate from?
Moving from a provider using cPanel to our cPanel Hosting is our standard process. If you use a different panel, mention it in the form and we will get back to you.
Will my site go offline during the move?
We work from a copy of your site, which stays live at your old provider until you point your domain to the new server. The DNS change can take a few hours to spread.
Will my email move too?
Yes. Your email accounts are moved; if you also want the messages in your mailboxes moved, say so in the form.
Do I have to transfer my domain to ADVEYER?
No. Your domain can stay where it is; you only need to point its nameservers or DNS records to ADVEYER. You can also transfer the domain with its EPP code if you like.
How long does migration take?
It depends on your site's size, the number of email accounts and your current panel. We give you an estimate after reviewing your request.
