What is a cloud VPS?
A cloud server (VPS) is a virtual server with CPU, RAM and disk reserved for you on powerful physical infrastructure. Unlike shared hosting you get full access to the operating system, so you install any software and configure it yourself.
ADVEYER offers two cloud families: Cloud plans on our Turkish infrastructure and Global Cloud in data centers in Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki. Pick a ready plan or configure your own server with Cloud Wizard.

Türkiye or Europe?
If most of your visitors are in Türkiye, Cloud plans give lower latency; if they are in Europe, Global Cloud does. You can also combine both to place servers in different regions.

Common Questions
What is the difference between Cloud and Global Cloud?
Cloud servers run on our Turkish infrastructure. Global Cloud servers are in Falkenstein, Nuremberg and Helsinki data centers, giving low latency to users in Europe.
Which operating systems can I install?
You can choose one of the Linux distributions or Windows Server options listed during ordering.
How fast is my server delivered?
Your server is prepared after payment and the access details are emailed to you.
Can I add resources later?
Yes. Move to a larger plan from the client panel or contact our support team for custom needs.
Can I get extra IP addresses?
Yes. On Cloud plans and Cloud Wizard you can pick extra IP addresses when ordering; the maximum depends on the plan.
Can I install a control panel?
Yes. VPS licenses for cPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin are available on our Licenses page.
How can I pay?
You can pay for your order on portal.adveyer.com by card or bank transfer. Prices can be shown in Turkish lira or US dollars and exclude VAT.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. You can request a refund for a newly purchased service within 7 days of the order date without giving a reason. Renewal payments, campaign products, non-refundable items bundled with the package (such as a domain or license) and services found to be abused are excluded. See the refund terms and the distance sales agreement for details.
