2. Main Characteristics of the Service
2.1. The Seller provides domain registration, web hosting, cloud servers (VPS), dedicated and enterprise servers, colocation, CDN, business email, SSL certificates and software licences (cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, CloudLinux, etc.). These are intangible services provided electronically; no physical goods are shipped. In colocation, the Buyer's own hardware is hosted.
2.2. The package, resources, term, billing period, quantity and add-ons of the ordered service are as stated in the order summary. The 99% monthly availability commitment is described on the SLA page.
2.3. Software licences run on the compatible operating system and server environment specified by the licensor and are subject to the licensor's activation and verification mechanisms. Domain operations are subject to TRABIS rules for .tr extensions and to ICANN and registry rules for others; SSL certificates are subject to the certificate authority's validation procedures.
3. Total Price Including Taxes and Additional Costs
3.1. Prices are published in Turkish lira (TRY) or US dollars (USD) excluding 20% VAT (KDV). VAT is added at checkout. The total price including taxes and the amount payable for each billing period are shown in the order summary immediately before the order is confirmed. For services priced in USD and paid in TRY, the amount to be charged is shown at checkout.
3.2. As services are not shipped, there are no shipping or delivery costs. The Seller charges no additional costs beyond the amount shown in the order summary. Ordering online involves no communication cost other than the Buyer's own internet connection charges.
3.3. Renewals are charged at the prices in effect on the date the renewal invoice is issued; price changes are notified in advance as provided in the User Service Agreement.
4. Payment
4.1. Payment is made on the client portal by credit or debit card, or by bank transfer/EFT to the Seller's bank accounts. Payments are taken in advance at the start of the chosen billing period (from monthly up to three years).
4.2. Confirming the order creates an obligation to pay. Invoices are issued electronically and made available on the client portal.
5. Performance and Activation
5.1. The service is activated after payment is confirmed (for card payments, on payment approval; for bank transfers/EFT, once the amount is credited to the Seller's account). Access details are shown on the client portal and sent to the Buyer's registered email address.
5.2. Activation times vary by service type; dedicated servers and colocation may require hardware preparation and scheduling, and domain and SSL operations depend on the procedures of the relevant authorities. If performance becomes impossible, the Seller notifies the Buyer within three days of becoming aware of it and refunds all payments received within fourteen days of the notification at the latest.
6. Term, Renewal and Termination
6.1. The contract is concluded for the billing period stated in the order summary and renews for the same period unless either party gives notice of termination. The renewal invoice is issued before its due date.
6.2. Services not paid by the due date may be suspended and terminated subject to the notices and periods set out in the User Service Agreement. The Buyer may submit a cancellation request on the client portal to stop renewal or end a service; unless otherwise requested, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. If the Buyer is a consumer, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. For service contracts, the withdrawal period starts on the day the contract is concluded.
7.2. It is sufficient to send the withdrawal notice to the Seller in writing or on a durable medium before the period ends. Notice may be given by email to info@adveyer.com, by opening a support ticket on the client portal, or in writing to Ömerli Mah. Güzin Sok. No:29, Çekmeköy / İstanbul. The model form in section 9 may be used, or any other clear statement of the decision to withdraw. The Seller confirms receipt by email.
7.3. On withdrawal, the Seller refunds all payments received within fourteen days of receiving the notice, using a method appropriate to the payment instrument used, free of charge and in a single payment. As the service involves no physical goods, nothing needs to be returned and no carrier is designated for returns.
7.4. The right of withdrawal is available to consumers only. Buyers acting for commercial or professional purposes are bound by the User Service Agreement and the Refund Terms.
8. Cases Where There Is No Right of Withdrawal
8.1. Under Article 15(1) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for:
- (ğ) "contracts for services performed instantly in electronic form or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer;"
- (h) "contracts for services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's approval, before the end of the withdrawal period."
8.2. Domain registration, transfer and renewal, issuance of SSL certificates and provisioning of software licences are performed instantly in electronic form; there is no right of withdrawal for these services.
8.3. For web hosting, cloud servers, dedicated servers, colocation, CDN and business email, by confirming the order the Buyer requests that the service start immediately, before the withdrawal period ends; the right of withdrawal ends once performance has begun. If performance has not yet begun, the right of withdrawal may be exercised.
8.4. Abuse: If the service is used for spam, phishing, hosting or distributing malware, DDoS or similar attacks, unauthorized access or scanning, copyright or trademark infringement, content contrary to Law No. 5651 or other legislation, use that infringes the rights of third parties, or use contrary to the General Terms of Use or the User Service Agreement, the service has been put into use, so there is no right of withdrawal under points (h) and (ğ) above and the commercial refund guarantee does not apply. In that case the Seller may suspend the service immediately and terminate it without prior notice; fees paid and fees for the remaining period are not refunded, and the Seller's resulting losses and costs are claimed from the Buyer. Details are set out in Article 11 of the Distance Sales Agreement. Abuse can be reported on the abuse report page.
8.5. Commercial refund guarantee: Separately from and in addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, under the Refund Terms the Seller offers a 7-day commercial refund guarantee on first-time purchases of the services shown in the table below. The refund status of each service is as follows.
Refund status by service
| Service | Commercial refund guarantee | Statutory right of withdrawal (consumers) |

| Services where abuse has been established | Non-refundable | None: the service has been put into use (Art. 15(1)(h), (ğ); Distance Sales Agreement Art. 11) |
| First-time purchases of web hosting (all packages), VPS / cloud servers, dedicated and enterprise servers, colocation, CDN and business email | 7 days from the order date | None once performance has begun with your approval (Art. 15(1)(h)); if performance has not begun, 14 days from the day the contract is concluded |
Conditions of the 7-day commercial refund guarantee
- It applies only to first-time (new) purchases of the services shown as covered in the table above; renewals, campaign products and cases of abuse are excluded.
- The request must be sent within 7 days of the order date by email or by opening a support ticket on the client portal.
- The refund is made to the original payment source, by partial credit card refund, bank transfer or EFT.
- Transaction costs, one-time setup fees and third-party costs, and the price of non-refundable items included in the package (such as a domain or licence) are deducted from the refund.
- This guarantee is a commercial option granted voluntarily by the Seller and does not limit the statutory right of withdrawal. Where the statutory right of withdrawal is exercised, payments are refunded in full, without any deduction, within 14 days.
8.6. By confirming the order, you request that performance of the non-refundable services begin immediately and acknowledge that you have no right of withdrawal for those services. Where no exception applies, your 14-day statutory right of withdrawal is reserved.
